Mutual Divorce compromise petition

25-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Both Husband and Wife got mutual divorce from court by filing compromise petition. The petition listed all the compromise conditions like A, B, C and D. Now somehow I feel I should not have signed the petition for condition C. Can I reopen this case and ask court that I don't want to agree to this condition. Since we have 90 days to reopen any closed case, does it hold good for mutual divorce too? Please let me know

It's difficult to challenge the compromise decree unless any kind of fraud or coercion is proved. If there's is any change in the circumstances or the condition cannot be obliged then also you can challenge.

when you give a full consent before the court and after the verification of your consent and the court as paused and order you cannot open the petitioner gain mutual consent petition as no appeal provision for revision petition provision Kanchan petition can be opened if the entire mutual consent degree is obtained by fraud then you can go to cancel the mutual consent order unless the clear-cut fraud is not proved it is a west to reopen the petition
