Hi, Can we file for divorce under mutual consent before the marriage has completed 1 year.

yes you can filed a divorce under section 13 b 9f hindu marriage act with mutual consent of the wife and husband first on comprimese has been affected in wife and husband and all the trems ans condition were mentioned in the compromise then the both wife husband filed a petition for the mutal consent divorce the required time period for divorce is already spend

No. You cannot file for mutual consent before the expiry of 1 year of marriage. Such petitions can only be filed in exceptional cases and applications are allowed only if the court is satisfied that there are sufficient grounds to allow the application.
