Mutual divorce and withdraw cases

22-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)

I filed 498a and 307 against my husband and in laws.now I am fully depressed,in this situation can I get mutual divorce?if I withdraw this case,any case filed against me?but this case are genuine not fake.in this situation what I do?

You don't need to withdraw all those cases. Without withdrawn those cases you can also file for divorce on the ground of cruelty. As well as you can also file for maintenance. So Without consulting Advocate don't withdraw your case , your opponent can use this against you.
