Mutual divorce alimony amount when to give, outside court possibility

17-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Married in May2018, but due to some reasons separated, now mutually it is decided (outside court)that husband has to give 1.5L one time. Wife left her job.ow when the case will come to court mutually and if wife demands more money then what will happen. Wife insisting to give money before going to court becoz case will open in Jul 2019 after one year. In this case what will be advisable that money should be given or not..? If money has to pay then from whose account it should be given husband or husband's parents. Husband's earning is not enough to pay. If Money paid by parents then what are the chances that wife will again ask alimony... Mutual agreement of 1.5L has done on 100/- bond paper with wife and husband and parents signature...religion Hindu

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that you have the settled the alimony or Rs. 1.5L between both the parties and now you have doubt that it can be latter demanded again, its so simple you don't need to worry, when it comes to mutually getting separate, there is consent terms to be filed before the court with the mutual petition, therefore you don't need to pay it now,you can pay the same while you file the petition. for more details please feel free to call me.

if wife is asking mony before divorce filed then make an agreement of mony as receipt on 100 rs bond and in that bond mention that on particular date she will without any condition will give consent because she also wish the same

ife husband is not present at the time of giving money then it's better to not give mony because parents are not liable to mentain wife so manage that at the time of given money to wife present there and make agreement
