Mutual divorce after arranged marriage

24-Jan-2024 (In Divorce Law)
We have arranged marriage in 1995 and not registered anywhere. Now I am retired central government employee (63 years) and having pension. She is presently house wife after working as teacher in private schools. We are having one son of 25 years and working as teacher in private school. Want to become separated. Is it possible to file case against her for divorce? If so, what alimony I have to pay? Please guide

Alimony depends on how much money are getting in every month and you are not having marriage certificate but it is proved that she is your wife because you both have a child and it is discretion or power of the to grant alimony or not to your wife . For more info call me
