I received your query as you are facing some personal marriage issues but you do not disclose what you actually want as I guess you both want mutual divorce from each other by means of which you want to dissolve your marriage

It’s better to start living separately from now if you can’t tolerate each other. After living separately, filing a petition for mutual divorce . Two motions needs to be filed . First motion is your original joint petition. After a cooling-off period, the couple files a second motion to reiterate their desire to divorce.

you and your wife sit together and settled all the terms and conditions of the divorce like maintenance, alimony and property distribution and noted down in writing. After finalizing the terms and conditions a memorandum of understanding will be drafted on stamp paper duly registered by notary public. you and your wife will file a joint divorce petition accompanying the memorandum of understanding. the family Court will give you next date of 6 months. After six month you and your wife further file jointly a second motion in family court. After taking of both parties the family court will passed decree of divorce on the basis of memorandum of understanding filed with petition. if you want to consult with me you can call me without any hesitation
