If both people are mutually agreeable, what is the EARLIEST a divorce decree is granted, from day of submission of application in court, In Gurgaon Haryana ?
If you have entered into the first motion, you can again enter the second motion after the expiration of seven days by giving the reference of Supreme Court judgement. If court is satisfied, then in that case you may be granted the Mutual Divorce after the expiration of seven days from the date of first motion.

Except holiday you can file divorce petition before the family court. In mutual divorce there are two steps. Ist motion statement and 2nd motion statement. 2nd motion statement is recorded after 6 month of Ist motion statement.
