Is there a possibility of divorce by mutual consent through video conferencing in case 1 party is staying abroad and it is difficult to come.
Video conferencing would not be viable, but the person living abroad can give his power of attorney to his immediate relatives to represent humor her.
On the basis of the power of attorney we can file for a mutual consent divorce.

It would be advisable to contest the case through a Special Power of Attorney by appointing some family member to appear in behalf of the person who is not able to travel. It might be quicker to do so than to go through the process of getting Orders for Video Conferencing. The SPA can be detailed only to give power to file the case for Divorce by Mutual Consent and the terms and conditions can be put into the main petition itself so the person giving the SPA can feel satisfied that his or her interests are protected and not left to the discretion of the SPA.
