Mutual Consent Divorce - No child 1yr 3 months gone - Will separate

SC category - Marriage date 21st March 2020 - 1yr 3months gone till today, Not happy with marriage - as will not be happy in future. Discussed with wife she agreed saying if husband not happy then why to chase the marriage. Planning to get mutually divorced - no child no physical intimacy

You will have to prepare a consent deed with your wife and jot down the settlement terms and conditions first before proceeding. Once ready, file a mutual petition before the family court praying for separation by mutual consent. Once the terms are fulfilled, the judge will pass the order accordingly on merits.

Ok. You both are eligible to take a Decree of Mutual Divorce from Court. Make sure, if you have already made your firm mindset to seek Divorce, seek it as soon as possible. Hope, you understand. Cleared the position.
