hi you could file divorce on the grounds of physical and mental harassement and if he is cheating on you you need to prove to court that he is cheating on you by filing necessary evidence and proofs and based on that divorce could be filed in court

you can file a petition for divorce on grounds of adultery or cruelty. You will need to provide evidence of your husband's adultery or cruelty. You will need to prove that you and your husband have lived separately for at least one year before filing the petition. After filing the petition, the court will issue summons, which your husband must respond to within 30 days. Both parties will be given an opportunity to present evidence before the court. The court will then decide on the divorce.
