Mutual Consent divorce filing for NRI couple, details on maintainance

18-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi,nMe and my wife are having issues related to finances and families, and we have decided for a divorce mutually, since she is not happy with my family and I am not happy with her family's interference in our financial matters.we both stay in USA, but only on a temporary work visa, and once visa is over we will be finally settled in India. My wife earns 1,90,000 in UK and I earn 2,90,000. nI have a house in India for which I took down payment from my father and then paid the EMI on my own. nMy wife's father has house and lands in her native town. Can my wife still claim for maintainance amount and claim stake in my property or my father's property ?

Greetings, in a mutual divorce all the claim from either person has to be decided before filing of the petition for mutual divorce. there cannot be any future claim after filing of the mutual divorce. she cannot claim any stake in the self acquired property of your father.
