Hi im nri i have pune adress proof my husband is also from pune he is not nri im here in chennai for 3 months is it possible to complete divorce process in chennai within 3 months what is process is there any fast track option availible do we need to keep visit court frequently

For divorce by mutual consent both husband and wife must file the petition together and appear before the court on the day of filing. As per law there is six months waiting period and the same can be waived off under certain circumstances. A date will be given for next hearing and on that date both parties must be present and orders will be passed by following the procedure.

Hi with reg to law Rato request reg your query filing mutual concern petition 13 b under you can file a proceedings with your last residence of address proof where u have last dwelling house of husband and with that you can approach justifications family court hope I clarified legal position
