Dear Sir, India is not so advanced to facilitate video conference for your online counselor. However, you may ask your Advocate to file an application under Section 151 of CPC and assure the mediator that you will provide all the infrastructure and thus you may get an opportunity for online counselling. Otherwise you may represent your case through Power of Attorney and have a video conference and get mutual divorce.
