Mutual consent divorce chosen, but wife has an affair

HinWanted to check something. The first motion for mutual consent divorce is scheduled to happen soon. Can the wife be in an affair already? Or can she publicly declare her affair after the first motion?

hello as query mentioned by you either wife can live in relationship while divorce is pending or can publicaly announce about relationship with society then in both conditions there maybe chances that husband can use these thing against wife and denied to give divorce in mutual conditions and may use things in 13 a divorce with the reason adultery.
