Mutual consent agreed but disputing in third hearing

01-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Myself and my wife had agreed for mutual consent divorce and filed in court. She didn't turn up for first two hearings but turned up in the third hearing and is disputing now. What will be the further course of action to get divorce. I can't live with her anymore. Been married for 9 years and been through hell. We don't have children and we are separate for the past 1 year

In case of such a dispute, you will have to contest the divorce matter under the grounds of relevant Marriage Act applicable and take it further. All such facts can be consolidated and alleged as grounds for seeking divorce.

Hello Sir, In Mutual divorce both the parties has to give your consent for the divorce and can part separately. now since your wife is disputing over this, you have to withdraw the mutual divorce petition and file an normal divorce petition before the Court and you can contest the case accordingly. for further clarifications please feel free to call me
