Mutual concent divorce with child Custody

I have 6 month old baby boy and I want to have divorce with my husband. I am ready to give child custody but he is denying it. He has threatened me not to give money as well if we get separated. I am on verge of loosing job as I am not able to attend office physically due to clashes happening within us. What is easiest and fastest way to get rid of it? Can I give baby for adoption without considering husband concent?
Hello you both can simply apply for divorce by mutual consent before family court. You have to waive off your maintenance right. Regarding your baby boy you can give the custody to your husband if he doesn’t accept then you have to raise the child
