Mutual concent divorce with child Custody

I have 6 month old baby boy. My husband is nice but my mother in law is very influential. I want to end marriage by giving child custody to father. Is it possible to give 6 month old baby's custody to father? What if I lose job? Will I get alimony from him?

If you do not want to take the responsibility of your new born, then, you can give the custody of your new born to your Hubby if he is willing to take such responsibility. If you lose job, you can seek Maintenance from your Husband provided that you will be able to convince the court, that, you will not be able to get a job in upcoming days to support yourself.
