Mutual concent divorce with child Custody

I have recently married to my long term boyfriend n we have delivered baby boy. His family is very controlling n I want to get rid of marriage and I am ready to give away child Custody. What are possible legal options for me?

Well, you can give the custody of your child to your Husband if he is willing to take the child's custody. You can also give him Mutual Divorce if he is ready to Divorce you by filing a Mutual Divorce Petition. If he is not ready to Divorce you, then you can seek Divorce by filing a Unilateral Divorce Petition.

If you are willing to get separated from your husband and also if your husband is ok with it, you both can file for mutual Divorce in the Family Court.
