Mutual concent divorce with child Custody

I have married on Jan2023. It was love marriage. We have delivered son from this marriage. However my in-laws are very controlling. I want to get seperate from my husband. Can it be possible to give child Custody to him?

Yes of course, you can seek Mutual Divorce from him if he is ready to Divorce you. You can give him the Child Custody too, if he is willing to take care of the child, nourish and nurture him. You must initiate talks to Divorce your Husband via serving him Legal Notice, which will go on record in court.
