Mutual and legal divorce procedure and benifits for wife

I married in Dec 2022. My husband is created on me and after lots of issues he asked me for mutual divorce. I am not ready for divorce so what can I do

You can say no to the mutual consent divorce. Mutual consent divorce cannot be filed with force . It has to be with free consent. Feel free to contaua laywer if their is undue force or torture inflicted to pressurise you for mutual consent divorce
