Multiple Crpc 127 Cases registered in same family court.

I [husband] have already filed a case under CrPc 127 for mainte. amt.reduction. running from more than 6 years by court. not decided as of today., In dec 2023 Wife has filed 1 more CrpC 127 case. Same court, Same party. Same law , but she is asking for rise. 1] My question is can I request court to suspend her new case ? 2] Will both case for same party , same court, same CrPC 127 will run parallel? 3] Any Supreme court Judgment to put in court , my favour? Please.

Well, if your Wife has filed a Maintenance Petition in Court under Sec 125 of the CRPC, 1973 against you, after you have filed the same Petition in Court earlier than your wife, then, running of both the Petitions (cases) will go on parallely.
