Sir mera husband mujhe divorce Dene se mana krta h mai kya kru jisse jaldi se jaldi mera husband mujhe divorce de de or mera husband per month mujhe 3000 rs bhejta tha but court ki taraf se ab order diya gya h paise dene ka to kya ab vo court case ki date se ab tak ke paise dobara dega

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship it’s better to file for divorce against him on cruelty grounds. I suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in max. of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

ma'am, divorce cases mai har party ki conditions alag hote hai and ye sab apke husband ki income or aap phle ya ab kahi job krti ho ya thi ya koi child hai ya nhi is sab pr depend krta hai, mostly cases mai maintenance husband deta hai but wo chahe toh apse maintenance le bhi skte hai. baki details mai toh mai apki file or case study kr k he bta pauga. agr apko mughse consultation Krna ho toh mughe contact kra
