Mother in Law's constant criticism and mental torture

I am a working Hindu woman from Kerala. Got married on May 2024, right after marriage, MIL started taunting, my skin color, clothes, my opinion. Even husband started to control me. Criticizing everything I do or say. Separated since Jan 2025. No kids. Now both husband and MIL are using a Lawyer to force me to a mutual divorce. No legal process has started. What do I do? I need justice.

First of all you have to give the details regarding the marriage And you have to file applications before magistrate court for against Hardik harassment from harassment from the side of your mother-in-law and your husband and if you are intending to continue in the marriage then there is no need for filing application applications

Now, it depends on what you want. If you don't want to leavewith him then mutual divorce is the best option. If you want maintanence from him then you need to file petition for maintenance. For more options you may contact me.
