mother in law filed crpc 125 on my husband

i had filed a dv case in june 2023 against my husband , mom in law and father in law. in november 2023 my mother in law filed crpc 125 against her son ( my husband) . my dv case is still going on. and an order passed by teh court for my minor daughters education expenses to borne by the father. but he did not pay. now my husband has been sent notice by the court in crpc 125 case done by his mother. what should i do so that my minor daughter and i am not deprived of our rights.

Hello if the order is passed and arrears are pending to be paid to your daughters then you have to get the order executed in your favour by filing separate proceedings in same court and can compel him to pay amount of maintenance to you and your child
