Do wife and children hold a share in husband's wealth if going for separation on the basis of emotional abuse from husband.

yes it is the moral and legal obligation of a person to make provisions for living for his wife and children. the wife and children upto certain age have the share in husbands wealth if the spouses are going for marital separation.

yes it is absolutely true that as per law the the wife as well as children are liable to be maintained by the husband till the end of the proceeding as well as even after the proceeding has been ended the court may order maintenance for the wife as well as children
