Mom short travel abroad with minor child, while spouse living outside

Mom living in India with a minor child, while father living abroad. No legal cases.Mother living away for a couple of years, due to DV in marriage. Can a mother take a short trip abroad with the child (teen), for vacation? If no legal cases going on what would be possible issues? What if the vacation is not spoken about to the other parent at all, even after coming back? This is only for the child's happiness.

No issues. Mother can take the child to abroad. Whatever the parents do for the child welfare is appreciated irrespective of their age. Our law will support it without doubt. For further advice can contact my number.

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, since there are no cases of ongoing custody or visitation rights of the child, there should not be any issue in you taking the child abroad since as a parent you are the natural guardian of the child, you can contact me for further clarifications, thank you
