Aap pati par defamation ka case kar sakti hai agar unhone aap par Bina kisi evidence ke case me arop lagaya hai ya koi defamatory pleadings li hai ya jis se aap ko mental agony hui hai. Legal notice Dene ke bad aap criminal defamation case file kar sakti hai. Contact me for any help.

Ap IPC ke section 209 ke andar,apne pati ke khilaf case file kar skte ho, iske alava jo case pati ne lagaya hai usko defend kar skte ho, agar unke side se koi proof nhi aya so apko iske liye compensation and mansik pratarna ke liye consideration mil jayga
