Minor Child Custody in Live in Relationship

Me and my wife got divorced under Special Marriage Act, however, we got back together and had a child out of that relationship. My wife took custody of the child when we separated but now she wants to give custody of the minor female child to me. I am ready to take also. How do I proceed? What if my wife goes back on her word in court?
