Meri wife ne case kia hai 498a 6 month marriage ko hue hai totally fake bus Garden ke amount ka online transition hai 30% -70% humne dia.. Or wo saboot pehle se bana rahi thi chatting ke but mai normally chat karta wo ghar pr 10 din bhi nahi rahi sath. Chat pr kabhi kabhi chik chik ho jati thi mene koi ss nahi liye but wo usi ko saboot bana liye. Sec 9 maine pehle hi file kar dia tha 498a ke pehle Plz help me

U file for quashing of FIR registered under 498A and bring all the grounds in ur favour before the High court as u have filled sec 9 u will get benefit regarding quashing of ur criminal case .Contqct me for help.
