Meri shadi ko app. 6saal ho gye hai. Meri wife shuru se hi mujh par shouting karti aa rhi hai.2saal baad usne bhoot pret vala drama shuru kar diya har tisre din mayake jane ki zidd karti hai.waha uske kisi ladke ke saath sambandh hai hum se chip kar usse bate karti thi humne punchayat bulayi iske ma baap aye sorry feel karke bole ab nhi karegi 1mahina thik rhi ab fir wohi haal hai mere 2 bache hai unka khyaal nhi rakhti mai talaak lena chahta hu please suggest kre

In such a situation you need to have evidence to show her cruelty towards you. evidence of her having affair outside. evidence of neglecting children and you. there are things that that happen but have no evidence. courts believe in evidence. so go ahead if have them else start collecting it.
