Agar bachchi ki jaan ko khatra hai, toh turant nearest police station mein complaint karvao aur saath hi court mein custody ke liye application file karo (Guardians and Wards Act , agar illegal detention ho Emergency situation mein aap habeas corpus petition High Court mein bhi daal sakte ho, jisse court turant bachchi ko produce karne ka order de sakta hai. Saath hi, protection ke liye court se interim custody aur safety orders bhi demand kr sakhte hai aap

police complaint karo Apne nazdik Thane mein aur uske bad court mein child custody ka case file Karo or domestic violence maybe case file kar sakte ho jisse aapko bacche ki custody milane mein aasani hogi

Aap guardian and wards act ka daava court me pesh kro saare sakshy v saboot dena yadi aapk bachho ke right guardian hain to aapko mil jayegi yadi aap uska palan poshan krne me saksham hain to court aapke favour me order krega
