You can contact me,I'll suggest you and I'll plead to the court to go for mediation which is a process and I'll get the matter resolved as exigently as possible and trust the process you will see the matter reaching it's proceeding reaching it's fruition.

As you said that your husband has filed a divorce case in the court, he wants to divorce you and does not want to live with you while you want to live with your husband If your husband has filed a divorce case, then he will also have to show the grounds of divorce, for which reason I do not want to live with you, if he proves those grounds in the court, then the court will be able to give divorce without your favor. ap apna jawab lagaye case me or ek sec 9 ka case ap file kr de. jisme ap court ko bataye ki ap sath me rehna chahte h apne husband k or apke husband ne jo case kiya h ap usme sec 24 file kr k ap case ladne ka kharcha lo pehle fir rlpy dena but present ho case me
