Mere marriage ko 6 months hue hai. I want to know after lodged police complaint against my husband and in-laws by IPC 323,504,506 what are my residential rights and other rights for living as husband wife? And how get back my streedhan from my husband? After lodged police complaint I m living with my parent. Can I go directly at my husband's house or should I take any action before that? Because I don't want divorce.

you file domestic violence case and claim maintenance from your husband and also your stridhan also you can claim residential right in the case and can get order from the court to reside in the matrimonial house and also you can get order of protection from the court to not harm you in the matrimonial house that is the house of your husband
