Mera husband mujhe Marta h me apna. Saman bhi kuch nhi lai hu kya mujhe divorce file krne k pehle police security milegi?
Yes u can file a petition in High court for providing security ,u can also file a domestic violence case, but before that file a complaint to the police under 498 and also under 406 and then proceed. Contact me for any help.
