Mera first motion aur second motion complt hogya h aur jugmnt ki date h ,aur ladki jugmnt pr ab nhi aarahi h humne do teen bar date badhwa b li but ladki nhi ari bolti h na sath rhugi na talak dugi parshan krugi toh high court m jaye toh waha se kuch ho skta h kya sir,humri naa hi koi len den h na hi baby na,allhabad high court m appeal krne se divorce hoga kya

Hello... See Divorce by mutual consent can be granted only when both the parties come together to get a divorce woth consent of each other... And if she is not willing just because of disturbing you then you have an option of initiating a Contempt Application in the High Court against her...By which she will be liable to appear in the court and do not disregard/disobey the time and process of the court... Further thereafter she will be appearing and will be liable by the High Court... And you have many more options/relief in regard but i need to know the full facts first then only i can further proceed...And also you can relief from Supreme Court too under Article 142 of the Constitution in the interest of complete justice.... Agar first motion and second motion complete ho gya hai fir date lene ki zarurat nhi hai aap court se apna order pass kra skte hai order pass hone k baad ladki ko koi objection hoga toh vo appeal mein jaa skti hai.
