Mental Torture for not living in unwilling married life.

11-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Filed Divorce Case against wife under Mental Cruelty 13(b) of HMA. I have undergone serious mental depression due to my parents, siblings made me to get married(Emotional blackmailing) to a person with whom I had worst experience from her as well as her family and relatives of mental harassment in the name of customs and tradition, Now they tried to barge twice even after she left by herself. Now what options do I have to be in peace without her/relative torture anymore.

Respected sir, you have all the rights to have a peaceful life. since it is a family matter you have the rights to live with or without your wife. but we can give you few suggestions here. first you can give a police complaint against your wife and her relatives in your jurisdictional police station and meantime you can proceed with your divorce case. after a complaint given to the police station you will be called for enquiry and you can state all the issues happened to you by your wife and her relatives. legally you have the right not to be forced to live with your wife by your wife or her relatives or by your parents, the decision is in your hands sir. for further clarifications kindly call me.
