What financial security can I get if I seek divorce? I am a shia imami ( agakhani ) muslim lady of 48 yrs. Kids 22 and 18 yrs. Assuming that my husband will not want to part with anything. He's taken all my personal savings but list it in stock market.
You may file a case against him under protection for waman from domestic violence Act and there you may claim for maintenance. You may also file application under section 125 Criminal procedure code for maintenance .....
