Mental Torture by Husband and his girlfriend

My husband is having married girlfriend . I have opposed their affair. They talk, chat and meet regularly. I spoke with that woman but she asked me to accept the situation. My husband kicked me out from his mother's owned house. I am staying in my cousin's home. I did not have mother and father both died. My husband and his family now forcing me to give divorce mutually so he can marry with other girl. I am working woman. I don't want to give him divorce. What can I do to come out of this. Is there any way to resolved everything without divorce

you can approach court and file a petition under restitution of conjugal rights. you can also file a case against your husband and his family under domestic violence act and even make that lady a party to the case.
