Mental stress and Torture by wife

Hi, I have been tortured and stressed by my wife for about 6 years and 9 months and I have been handling all this but now I cannot handle. The same stress she gives to my 4.5 years old kid. Now my kid is with me and she has left the home. They have been defaming me and trying to contact everyone possible and trying to get back. But I personally dont want and neither my kid. How to go about with this situation

you have to find a case before family court judge preventing her return to your place. sometime after firing this your may have to pay maintenance to her. You can also retain Custody of the child by filing ke case for its sole custody.

Dear Sir, By this time you ought to have filed divorce case and permanent child custody case to teach a lesson to your wife. When you are having sufficient evidences about the torture given by your wife to you and your child then you will win the case if you file divorce case and permanent child custody case.
