Mental & Physical Harrasment Fron Husband & In Laws

Hi I am writing this with heavy heart as my 8year marriage has now come to an end. Reason being: I caught my husband red handed in couple of instances where he was flirting with his female colleagues Later he used to leave house at night and not return for 2-3days which has caused mental harrasment as whenever I ask about his whereabouts he just points on my character just to hide his faults Now my husband his sister and mother has badly beaten and harrased me & my fmly. What to do next to teach them a lesson legally
