Mental & Physical Harrasment From Husband & In Laws

Hi I am writing this with heavy heart as my 8year marriage has now come to an end. Reason being: I caught my husband red handed in couple of instances where he was flirting with his female colleagues Later he used to leave house at night and not return for 2-3days which has caused mental harrasment as whenever I ask about his whereabouts he just points on my character just to hide his faults Now my husband his sister and mother has badly beaten and harrased me & my family. What to do next to teach them a lesson legally

Well you can lodge a case of Domestic Violence against them under the DV Act before the concerned Magistrate. You can also file a Divorce Case, if you want to seek Divorce from your Hubby on the ground of Divorce. You can also get a Police Complaint lodged, if you have got seriously injured by them.
