Mental & physical harrasment by husband and in laws

Hi I am writing this with heavy heart as my 8year marriage has now come to an end. Reason being: I caught my husband red handed in couple of instances where he was flirting with his female colleagues Later he used to leave house at night and not return for 2-3days which has caused mental harrasment as whenever I ask about his whereabouts he just points on my character just to hide his faults Now my husband his sister and mother has badly beaten and harrased me and my family I need divorce.
