Hi. You have the option of filing a written Compliant before the concerned Women cell for harassment and demand of dowry against your husband and his family members. Going forward, if you think that there is no scope of cohabitation with you husband, you have an option of filing for divorce against your husband. You can claim maintenance from your husband as well simultaneously through the Court.

Before answer your query I have to asked you what is your wish? do you want to continue this relationship or not?

Initially without knowing your answer i assumed that you are not interested to continue your relation. As if this is the situation within 4 months what will be the next.

You have to file case under domestic violence act and move a complaint before the concerned women cell for the demand of dowry.
you are requested to take help of any experience layer to draft all these applications as the each and every fact is important in deciding your case and your benefits.

i advice you to file complaint at the nearest women cell for domestic violence from your in laws. give a written complaint and explain the incidents. women police officer is appointed at every police station she will receive complaint and refer the matter to women cell nearest police station.
