Mental illness hidded from us and we come to know after 1 year if marr

I got married in july 2021. My wife behavior is strange after some time of my marriage. She always have doubt on me that i having affair with one of my frnd or college. We never had a normal married life. We continue keep fighting coz of her thought process of her on our daily house issues. After 1 year i found that she is suffering from schizophrenia and this is with her before our marriage she was on medication as well and we are not aware of anything about this. I feel cheated what should i do

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then rather then dragging your relationship it’s better for both of you to file for divorce. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file the suit for cancel the marriage before the concerted court. After examining the case and listing the parties, the court will give the judgment in your favour. The only thing you have to do is to go to court and file the petition through your advocate.
