Mental harrasment by my husband on me and my daughter

In 1999, we got married. Since then, my husband and mother-in-law has been causing problems about dowry. The same issue is happening again from 2023. My husband has a government job, he borrowed a lot of money without thinking.Because of this, he's pressuring me to get money from my parents. He's also bothering my 15-year-old daughter because she supports me. I'm really worried about my daughter's future in all ways. please suggest me what action can I take and what protection I get from laws

hi if there is harassement from in laws then you could file petition for domestic violence and also for section 498A for mental and physical harassement and could file for maintenance in court seeking expenses for maintenance of child
