Mental harrasment by mother in law

My mother in law harass me alot by saying bitter words each and every time . She also body shame me sometimes that I am a dusky girl and taunt me all day . Shout on me without anything and complaints to everyone one . When I say her anything she reacts like that I am misbehaving with her but all time she insult me . My husband and father in law just say that try to understand her . She is simple and innocent . She just teaches you . But it's been 3 years and situation is just getting worse . My husband is a good person but there is no financial security from his side and our relationship is not like husband wife no any physical relationship just like friends . I do not know I should keep this marriage or break it . What should I do ? I am from Hindu family.

i think your situation is very bad...U should able to case a file in the court under section 406,498A IPC against your mother in law and ur husband...if ur relationship is not like wife with ur husband then u can also file a divorce petition in session court..
