Hi, sir /Madam ,I got married in Feb 2023 now its three years , I getting mental torcher from my husband family ,and my husband is a Alchol addicted before marriage only they told us he was nice person but he is not like that my mother and father in law as send me to my mother house because no one is there to look after you so u go to mother house they told because they have send my husband to Reahabilation center ,and my jewellery all r with my husband house I asked they dint give me

I understand your questions you have to file a domestice voilance case against them or you can refer your matter to mediatoon at court and you have to get maintanance also from your husband if he is not take care of you you can do this
