In this situation you could go before court to demand maintenance and residence order/ rent for alternate accommodation, you can file 2 maintenance cases against your husband and also can claim compensation for mental and physical torture on you. For further information you can contact me

You should file a police complaint against your husband and in laws. You can file them under haraasment , dowry and mental torture. Hence you can serve a legal notice to him for divorce. Else you can even opt for pre divorce marriage counselling.

it is very sad to hear your tragic story but do not worry and do not lose hope..!

Indian Laws and Courts are in support of women and wives !

You will get all types of protection as well as maintenance and respect when the court passes order in your favour.

But , you should be ready to fight for your rights and respect and justice as the Court can not come to you but you will have to file court cases for all such orders and protection.

Hope this helps you to motivate and inspire you to stand up in life and live your life as you desire !
