Mental and physical abuse by wife

Dear legal team, My wife has been abusing me and my family(mother, father, sister, brother, cousins) verbally. Sometimes, physically abusing me right of my son(10) and daughter(4). I had to defense myself and not to abuse her back physically. Background: We migrated to a foreign country a couple of years back and I lost my job due to war/economic slowdown. hi Felix here I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can initially try to speak and sort the differences between yourselves and in the event of it failing involve your family and if all amicable means have been exhausted you can then approach the court for divorce, either mutually or a contested divorce thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications

Cruelty by wife is a valid ground for divorce. However, if you choose to reconcile your difference you can file restitution petition and opt for counselling sessions or complaint can also be filed. The legal solutions depends on the relief you want sir.
