Mediation report to Family court

In how many days the mediation report will reach to family court? And in exourt the mediation attend date is on Aug 1, 2025 but in papers where we signed for mediation has different date 4 Aug 2025. Which date I have to attend the 1st session of mediation.

medicine report is normally files on the same day when the mediation happens, please check for date of mediation is different date of report is different. mediation is only a first step before a litigation in case you are not happy with mediation we can also ask for private mediation

Normally after mediation is over, the mediation report is submitted to the family court within 7 days by the mediation centre. Regarding which day to attend. Always follow the date given in the official Court order or notice, rather than what is written by mistake in the papers. To avoid confusion, confirmed the exact date with the mediation Centre or your lawyer and keep a copy of the court order handy.
